At Patzman Home Inspections, my job is to give you the information you need to make a good decision. Whether you are selling or buying a home, I will give you an unbiased and professional evaluation of the property.
However, simply listing the findings of a house inspection is not always enough. When viewing a house, I consider your lifestyle. For instance, I may suggest replacing a metal heating grate with a wooden one on the floor if there are small children in the home. For the elderly, trip hazards and lighting may be a concern.
My reports address all areas of the home, including the positive aspects. In addition, the time for home upkeep may also be
important for you. Thus, I will provide you an excellent home owner's checklist as well as a separate summary sheet, both particuarly helpful if you are working with an agent.
